Craig Jones is a veteran of the venture capital and private equity industries and currently runs the private equity firm TPE Boulder. He has invested extensively in software, healthcare, and business services companies, leading investments in over 60 companies. He is Chairman of Integrated Computer Systems. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of CanSource, DFW Neuro, and Voxco. Mr. Jones is a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Venture Capital Association and has founded a charter elementary school. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and kids.

Mr. Vandervelden co-founded TPE Boulder in 2010 and has over 25 years of venture capital and private equity industry tenure. Mr. Vandervelden focuses on deal origination and selection, investment due diligence, managing and exiting investments, and raising capital. Prior to TPE Boulder, he worked with Craig Jones at Ticonderoga Capital and Dillon Read & Co.'s venture capital group making growth capital investments for its fund. He worked previously with TA Associates on minority growth capital and secondary purchase investments, management buyouts, and recapitalizations of growing, lower middle market technology and service-related businesses. Prior to TA Associates, he was employed by APM Inc., where he specialized in strategic and operational consulting to hospitals and academic medical centers in the United States and Canada. Mr. Vandervelden received a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior & Management, with Honors, from Brown University.

Mr. Hannon has over 22 years of private equity and venture capital industry experience. He co-founded TPE Boulder in 2010. He previously worked with Craig Jones at Ticonderoga Capital in starting in 1998. He has responsibility for financial reporting, control and administrative functions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hannon was Treasurer at Town & Country Corporation, a manufacturing and marketing company with sales of $450 million and operations in the USA and the Far East. Previously, Mr. Hannon held corporate finance positions at Data General Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Leesona Corporation. Mr. Hannon received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
