Ticonderoga Private Equity invested in the majority buy-out of Damac, Inc., a manufacturer and installer of custom datacenter products, based in La Mirada, California. Pleasant Bay Capital Partners and Crescendo Capital Partners led this transaction. Damac designs and manufacturers custom data center racks and related equipment.
